About the Journal

The Scientific Journal of UniZambeze is an institutional publication of Zambeze University, created with the purpose of promoting, valuing, and disseminating scientific knowledge produced in the fields of research, teaching, outreach, and innovation. The journal is aligned with the UniZambeze Strategic Plan 2023–2032 and contributes to strengthening the scientific culture, academic production, and the internationalization of research conducted at the institution.

The journal operates according to the principles of open science, ensuring free and unrestricted access to its content, allowing reading, downloading, sharing, and reproduction for educational purposes, under the terms of the Creative Commons International License CC-BY-SA 4.0. It follows the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), ensuring transparency, editorial responsibility, and good scientific practices.
